1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Rahul Rao ("Developer"), residing in Karnataka, India, for the use of the Better Man application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Better Man, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use Better Man.

2. License Grant

Rahul Rao grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Better Man for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not distribute, resell, or modify the App without explicit permission.

3. Subscription Plans

Better Man offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly.
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually.

By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the applicable fees, which may be subject to change with prior notice.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its content, design, and features, is the intellectual property of Rahul Rao. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Rahul Rao.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Share your subscription credentials with others.
• Modify or create derivative works of the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of Better Man is subject to the Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored. By using the App, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
